Cindy dear, nice simple light dinner after food poisining! This cheese sounds amazing, I can't wait to try it! You know, when we get back from France (after 3 weeks not 6 months) we can only eat Asian food for a month or so, nothing else really seems to have enough taste................I'm curious to hear how you fare. We are on a regime of course, until we go in August, as we'll be there in the Winter, like bears, eating winter food, and certainly not walking all that much! Do you think our bodies might balance out like yours has? Remember we're a lot older than you..........but please say yes! Oxo
Awww, man.... Epoisses freakin' rocks! I first got to experience it at Zingerman's and then for several days afterwards as it slowly permeated the fridge with its otherworldly aroma.
