Not a gum comment from me, but rather a Paris comment. I did a personal taste test today in ,y wanderings about Paris. IMHO the Pierre Hermé macaron wins over the Ladurée macaron. I just had to say this to someone who would understand. I even placed my deux macarons from PH on a window ledge to photograph before I ate them.
