Check out this interview with Anthony Bourdain on Salon.com. My fondness has grown with every article I've read about him lately.

For example: Bourdain on Rachael Ray, after calling her a "bobble-head":

"If I ever saw her getting trashed on Old Crow, pistol-whipping a vegan after a bar crawl, I would think, "That's an interesting woman. I would like to know her."

He does have a way with words, doesn't he?

Strange, Fluffy article

Here's a little article on a weird debate over Fluff.

Actually, in this case I admit that I'm sympathizing with the anti-Fluff contingent. Who doesn't love a nice glob of Fluff, but honestly, there must be better options available when it come to nourishing the growing bodies of Our Nation's Youth. For example, I was reared on Cup o' Noodles and sandwiches assembled out of frozen bagels, cream cheese, and crunched-up Cool Ranch Doritos in the Scrounge, our high school's subterranean student lounge. Now that's a diet school administrators should be proud of.
