Carbohound
I was looking through some of my old food photos, and I realized that many of them were basically tender loving portraits of carbohydrates. I'm not talking about sugary things (although I have a weakness for those too); but foods that fall into the bready, yeasty or flaky categories.

All I need is a fluffy muffin, scone, or warm biscuit topped with creamy butter and good jam and I'm happy. I wish I could be a spinach girl, or a fruit smoothie fanatic, but it just doesn't work that way. I wake up thinking of bagels (sesame, toasted, topped with smoked salmon cream cheese) and go to bed thinking of banana cake (scented with cinnamon and glazed with deep chocolate ganache). I love tangled coils of pasta, thick slices of warm bread fresh from the oven, gooey rolls, pillowy steamed buns... and rice. I am always available to consume piles and piles of sticky rice if needed.

What was I talking about again?

I have just stumbled upon your blog. I love the clean design and fantastic photos. I am a blogger myself and always thought that design was key and you have certainly captured that! There are so many food blogs out there these days and being different to all the others is key. I have just started www.ifoods.tv which is a website for chefs, foodies and food bloggers to hand out, share recipes, photos and videos. When i was blogging I always thought i should be getting more traffic as my blog was getting lost in the masses of stuff out there so my new site is aimed at giving food bloggers and chefs a bigger platform! Hope you enjoy it and keep up the good writing and design here! I have now bookmarked you so will be regular reader, Cheers!
