If you're still in Bologna, try Il Gelatauro (san Vitale, 98)..and say hi to Gianni for me!
When I was there, I had it for breakfast lunch and dinner! I loved the fruit flavors the best. And nutella, of course.

Hey David - We had that on our list b/c of you, but didn't make it there - we ended up at Castiglione instead. And my God. The peach was life-changing.
Zoe - yes, we averaged twice a day, mainly because we were never up early enough to eat breakfast. :)
