Cindy's note: I make this whenever my stomach is upset or when I have a cold.
Makes 1 serving
1 1-inch chunk of ginger, thinly sliced
2 T. honey
3/4 cup boiling water
1/4 cup orange juice
Place ginger slices in bottom of mug. Add honey, then pour in boiling water. Let steep for 7-10 minutes, and add orange juice. Stir to combine. Drink.Categories: Drinks
