Mango with Sticky Rice

1 cup sweet rice
3/4 can coconut cream
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 t. salt
Mango, peeled and sliced

Steam rice according to package instructions.

Mix coconut cream, sugar and salt in pot and cook over medium heat for a few minutes, then add as much as you like to the sticky rice and toss together. Let cool for a bit, then put it in a bowl and add mango slices. Eat it until you cannot eat any more, because it doesn't keep.
