Cindy's note: This will give you serious garlic breath for at least a day after consumption. Plan accordingly.
1 big clove garlic, minced or pressed
Salt & pepper to taste
1 T. red wine vinegar
1 T. olive oil
2 T. sour cream
Place garlic in small bowl or cruet and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Add vinegar and oil, stirring vigorously to combine. Add sour cream and mix thoroughly.Categories: Appetizers/Salads
